Can guests book from our own website?
Yes. Embed the SimBook booking widget on your site or link to your booking page. Guests choose a date and time, enter their details and sign your waiver in one flow.
Do reminders come from SimBook or from us?
From you. Confirmations and reminders go out by email and text under your club’s name.
Can members book before everyone else?
Yes. Each membership tier can have an early booking window, so members book a set number of days ahead of the public or before opening hours.
We run leagues. Will public bookings clash with them?
No. League blocks lock the bays you choose during league hours. For scoring, teams and leaderboards, pair SimBook with LeagueNight.
We have left-handed players and right-hand-only bays.
Mark bays as right-hand-only, and bookings carry a left-handed flag so the desk can seat people in the right bay.
How do we get paid for memberships?
Connect your Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Membership billing renews automatically and payouts go to you.
What happens after the free trial?
