Golf Simulator Tee Sheet Software

Your venue runs by bay and by time. SimBook puts that schedule in one place so the front desk can see who is coming, where they are playing and which bays are held for a league.

See reservations and open time across your venue on one tee sheet.

Manage walk-ins and booking changes with role-based access.

A bay schedule for indoor golf

A simulator tee sheet needs to answer practical questions: which bay is free, when the next group arrives, how long the booking lasts, and whether a member benefit applies. Staff work from the bay schedule instead of piecing together a general appointment calendar.

Use it for reservations already made online and for the walk-in standing at the desk. Check the whole day before moving a booking so a quiet period on one bay does not hide a league block or a later reservation.

Hold the time you cannot sell

A private party, lesson, maintenance window or league needs deliberate space on the calendar. Block the right bays and duration before telling the organizer the time is available. Keep the booking explanation attached to the reservation so the next staff member understands the hold.

LeagueNight can send its scheduled league nights to a linked SimBook club. Those times hold the selected bays. LeagueNight handles teams and scoring; SimBook handles bay availability. Staff should still review any existing booking conflicts when schedules change.

Help staff make a sensible change

When a guest calls to move their reservation, staff need the original time, customer and bay together. SimBook keeps those details in the booking workflow. Role-based staff access helps the front desk work with the parts of the system needed for the shift.

Train staff on a few common situations before going live: a late arrival, a longer session, a booking move, a right-hand-only bay and a league evening. A consistent desk process matters as much as the calendar itself.

Try the busiest shift first

Bring a typical busy-day schedule to your demo. Include the overlap between public bookings, member visits and your weekly league. A realistic test shows whether the schedule answers the questions staff ask under pressure.

The example screens on this site illustrate the workflow. Your club’s availability, rate rules and member benefits depend on your own configuration. We help you set up those rules during onboarding, then you can test them in the 14-day trial.
