SimBook product feature · LeagueNight integration
Connect SimBook & LeagueNight
SimBook reserves the bay time. LeagueNight runs the league. Linking them helps public bookings and league schedules share the same plan for your venue.
Linked venues
Connect your SimBook club with your LeagueNight facility.
Bay holds
Sync scheduled league nights to the bays reserved in SimBook.
League operations
Run teams, scores and standings in LeagueNight.
Link the right club and facility
In SimBook, open Settings → Integrations. In LeagueNight, open Facility settings → SimBook. Eligible owners and administrators can link a matching club directly where it is found, or use a one-time link code. Confirm both venue names before connecting.
One SimBook club links to one LeagueNight facility. If different people operate the two accounts, agree who will create and redeem the link code. A code expires and works only once; create another if necessary.
Send the league nights to the tee sheet
Configure the league’s nights, times and bays in LeagueNight. After linking and syncing, review those nights in SimBook. The reserved bays close to online booking during the league block.
Existing reservations need attention when the league schedule changes. Review conflicts and move or resolve them rather than assuming linking cancels customers’ bookings. Staff can still manage bookings on the tee sheet.
Keep scoring in LeagueNight
Teams, invitations, weekly scores and standings stay in LeagueNight. SimBook staff see the bay time the league occupies. Players use the league’s scoring and leaderboard links, while public customers use your normal booking page.
Check one real night before rolling out the season
Start with a representative week. Confirm the date, local time, bays and duration in both products; check the public booking page during that window; and confirm staff can identify the league hold. Then review the rest of the season before inviting everyone.
