A booking flow that belongs to your venue
A golfer should not have to telephone the front desk to find an open bay. Embed the booking widget on your existing website or link to your hosted club booking page. Guests choose the date, start time and duration, enter their details, and complete the steps your club requires.
Keep your website as the starting point for both first-time guests and returning members. Use a direct booking link in your navigation, confirmation emails and social profiles so customers can return to the same place each time.
Availability follows your bays and your rules
Set up your bays, opening hours, booking intervals and pricing rules before opening online reservations. Peak and off-peak rates can follow the time of the booking. Mark right-hand-only bays so staff can account for left-handed players.
Block the bays you need for a private event, maintenance or a regular league. A linked LeagueNight schedule can reserve league time in SimBook. Test the public booking flow after changing a rule, especially when several rates or membership benefits overlap.
From online booking to the front desk
The reservation becomes part of the same tee sheet staff use for arrivals, walk-ins and changes. Staff can inspect a booking instead of matching an email to a separate calendar. Waivers, confirmations and reminders support the visit before the golfer reaches the bay.
If you are changing systems, run a small set of representative bookings first: a guest, a member, a peak-time reservation, a cancellation and a league block. Confirm that the correct rate and availability appear before sending everyone to the new booking link.
What SimBook manages
SimBook manages the venue booking workflow. Your simulator still runs the golf. It does not promise to import a round automatically from every launch monitor or turn every simulator PC on and off. Bring your hardware, payment and access requirements to the demo so we can verify the exact setup.
One location costs US$99 per month after a 14-day trial. The published location plan includes unlimited bays and staff. Payment processing is separate. Use the pricing page to review what is included, then request a demo configured like your club.
