SimBook Integrations & Compatibility

Connect SimBook’s venue management features with the tools your club already uses. Automate customer membership billing with Stripe, reserve league bays through LeagueNight, and keep booking on your existing website.

Customer payments

Connect your venue’s Stripe account for recurring membership billing.

League schedules

Link LeagueNight so scheduled league nights hold their bays.

Your existing setup

Keep your website and review your specific access-control requirements.

Payments and memberships

Stripe Connect handles the account connection for recurring membership billing and payouts. SimBook’s software subscription is separate from customer payment processing. Confirm your country, currency and current subscription setup during onboarding.

If your venue uses Square at the front desk, discuss the exact reconciliation workflow you need. We do not describe a closeout or a record match as an automatic transfer of every Square subscription or payment method.

LeagueNight: scoring and bay availability together

Link your SimBook club and LeagueNight facility. LeagueNight runs teams, schedules, scoring and leaderboards; its scheduled nights hold the selected bays in SimBook. Review any conflicting existing bookings before relying on a newly synced schedule.

The products keep different jobs. SimBook does not become a scoring system when linked, and LeagueNight does not replace your public booking calendar. Read the detailed LeagueNight integration guide for the setup checks.

Door access depends on your actual lock

Access-control compatibility depends on the device, account, capabilities and services you have connected. A brand name alone is not enough to guarantee that timed codes or remote unlocking work on a particular lock.

Bring the exact model and your access requirements to the demo. We will distinguish a verified live setup from a proposed integration. Payment and booking software cannot replace testing a physical door and its recovery process.

TrackMan, GSPro and other simulator software

SimBook is the venue booking and membership layer. You can organize bay bookings around the simulator equipment you operate, while the simulator software runs play. This is different from a native score import or automated launch-monitor control.

For mixed-hardware venues, name each bay and document handedness or operational constraints. Do not assume a booking calendar connection means scores, simulator accounts or machine power are synchronized.

Common questions

Does linking mean scores come directly from the simulator?
No. Booking compatibility is different from a simulator score-import integration.
Will every smart lock work?
Compatibility depends on the exact device and connected service. Verify it before going live.
Can we keep our existing website?
Yes. Embed the booking widget or link to the hosted booking page.
