SimBook product feature · Stripe billing integration
Stripe Membership Billing for Indoor Golf
Use your own Stripe account for membership billing and payouts. SimBook connects the membership workflow to the account that receives your club’s payments.
Your Stripe account
Connect the account that receives your venue’s customer payments.
Recurring billing
Manage renewal billing for the membership tiers your venue sells.
Booking benefits
Keep the customer’s membership connected to their booking benefits.
Connect the account that should receive the money
Use Stripe Connect to complete the account connection and any verification required for your business. Confirm the business, country and payout settings before selling a real membership. SimBook’s subscription charge is separate from the processing of your customers’ payments.
Test the whole renewal workflow
Create the tier and benefits, review the billing cadence, and test a membership purchase before publishing it. Check that the customer record, booking benefit and billing state agree. If a payment fails or a membership ends, staff need to understand which benefits remain available.
Plan a migration carefully
Existing subscriptions and saved payment methods are not automatically portable between all providers. Inventory renewal dates and cancellation terms first. Avoid charging the same member in both systems during a cutover. We can review the workflow in an onboarding call; confirm provider-specific transfer rules with your provider.
Review the total payment cost
Include processor fees, disputes and refunds in your venue budget. The revenue calculator estimates operational revenue and costs from the assumptions you enter; it is not a quote for Stripe fees. Read Stripe’s current pricing for your country and payment method.
